5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal is the power of a consumer of a good to return it within a legal period, without having to plead or give any explanation in this regard or suffer a penalty, the Law establishing a period of 14 calendar days, from the date of delivery of the goods. product at the address specified by the Client, in order to exercise this right, which must be communicated to the seller by any means permitted by law.

In case of withdrawal, the full amount paid will be refunded, provided that the product is returned in good condition.

In the case of personalized products, said right of withdrawal for the buyer will not be applicable, as provided in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

6. LEGAL WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The products are covered by a three-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity under the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 7/2021, of April 27, by which the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users is modified). That which must be revealed in accordance with the laws or with a judicial resolution of a competent authority
That which is obtained by a third party who is not under any obligation of confidentiality.

Both parties undertake to comply with the duty of confidentiality and to maintain it indefinitely, even after ending the aforementioned contractual conditions that regulate the relations of GORRION and the Client.

All information received by the Client, such as images, texts, or others, will be treated confidentially, and transfer to third parties is completely prohibited unless we have their consent and always for the same purpose for which the data was obtained.

8. DATA PROTECTION

By accepting these contract terms and our Privacy Policy, you give your informed, express, free and unequivocal consent for the Data you provide to be processed by GORRION, as the data controller.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROHIBITIONS

The designs of the products marketed through www.soygorrion.com , as well as the logos or graphic elements contained therein, constitute works of intellectual property whose rights are owned by GORRION; Any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other act of public exploitation is prohibited without the express and prior written consent of its owner, in accordance with the provisions of Law 11723 of the Honorable Congress of the Argentine Nation. the International Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, and any other international and national instruments that may be applicable.
