How long does it take for a purchase to arrive at your home?
Can someone else pick up my order?

Once you make your purchase to pick up at the pickup point, within 72 hours we will send you an email to arrange the visit. If you want another person to pick up your order, we need you to send us an authorization email with their information (name, ID and order number).

Without authorization email your purchase will not be delivered.

Can the products be exchanged?

EXCHANGE POLICIES:

Any product can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and in the bag you received it with. For exchanges and returns please write us an email to hola@soygorrion.com

PURCHASE RETURN POLICIES:

When you buy at www.soygorrion.com you have 14 days to return the product from the moment you receive it, for whatever reason.
If you want to return a product, please send us an email to hola@soygorrion.com and we will explain the procedure.

How long do I have to ship the product?

You have to send us the product within 14 days of receipt.

When will my money be refunded?

Once we receive your shipment and verify that it is correct, we will proceed within 3 business days to refund your money through the same payment method with which you made the purchase.

How do I ship the product to Gorrión?

Prepare the package to send it

(Before preparing the package, check that the product is in the same condition that you received it, unused and with all its accessories and labels)

Store the product in its original packaging or in an alternative one
if you don't have it.

3. Receive money back

We usually make the refund after the package arrives at our office and we verify that it is good and in its original condition.

What do I do if I can't complete my purchase?

How to buy in the store?

Browse the site to see all our products. There are two viewing options: by category (backpacks, bags, fanny packs, etc.) and “All” where all products are displayed. You can also search by clicking on the magnifying glass located at the top of the site and entering a keyword. Choose color and quantity of products. Add it to your shopping cart by selecting the “buy” option. You can repeat the process with all the desired products. To finalize your purchase, select the cart icon, located at the top right of the screen. There, you can see the details of your order and, if necessary, delete or modify items. When choosing the “Complete purchase” option, please check that the data entered is correct for better tracking of your order. Select a shipping method.
